# Caravelis

> Caravelis (legal name Caravelis Solutions Lda, NIPC 518462200) is the owner-operator of four licensed Alojamento Local apartments in Armação de Pêra, Silves, Algarve, Portugal. caravelis.net is the direct-booking channel for those four apartments: the same units listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, sold without the platform commission of roughly 10 to 24% that those channels build into their prices. Payment is by Stripe on the site. The site publishes in nine languages and exposes an unauthenticated public JSON API.

All four apartments are within walking distance of Praia de Armação de Pêra. Check-in is self-service by key lockbox from 15:00. Every apartment has free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and bed linen and towels. All four apartments have air conditioning, Beach Apartment 7G included: its units, in the living room and the bedroom, heating and cooling, were installed in September 2026. Read each apartment's own page for the rest of its amenity list rather than assuming a portfolio-wide feature. There is no municipal tourist tax in Silves, so the quoted rate is the total.
