We are Caravelis Solutions — a small, owner-operated property management company based in Armação de Pêra, in the heart of Portugal's beautiful Algarve coast. We personally manage a select portfolio of licensed holiday apartments, each chosen for its prime beachside location, comfort, and character.Our approach is simple: we treat every property as if it were our own home, and every guest as a personal visitor. That means clean, well-maintained apartments, honest communication, and the kind of local knowledge that only comes from living here.
