How do I check in?
We use a secure lockbox system for self check-in. You'll receive the access code and detailed instructions 24 hours before your arrival. This allows you to arrive at your convenience without needing to coordinate meeting times.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. If you need flexibility, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Is there parking available?
Yes, all our properties include parking. Penthouse 1 has a private underground secure garage, while other properties have free parking on the premises.
What is the WiFi network and password?
WiFi details are provided in the welcome guide you'll receive before check-in. We offer high-speed internet suitable for streaming and remote work.
What amenities are included?
All properties include fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and linens/basics. Some properties have additional features like dedicated workspaces, jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, all our properties are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort during the warmer months.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, we ask guests to observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours. Portuguese law also requires this in residential areas.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke on balconies or terraces, but please use the ashtrays provided.
