- How do I check in?
- We use a secure lockbox system for self check-in. You'll receive the access code and detailed instructions 24 hours before your arrival. This allows you to arrive at your convenience without needing to coordinate meeting times.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. If you need flexibility, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
- Is there parking available?
- Yes, every apartment has parking. Penthouse 1 and Penthouse 2 each have a private, marked bay in the building's underground garage. Beach Apartment 7G has private gated parking at the rear. Beachfront Apartment 4F has a compact private garage box (best suited to small cars), with free street parking nearby.
- What is the WiFi network and password?
- WiFi details are provided in the welcome guide you'll receive before check-in. We offer high-speed internet suitable for streaming and remote work.
- What amenities are included?
- All four apartments include fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and linens/basics. Some have extra features: Penthouse 1 and Penthouse 2 have an outdoor charcoal barbecue, Penthouse 2 has a hot tub on its private rooftop terrace, and Penthouse 1 and Beachfront Apartment 4F have a dedicated workspace.
- Is there air conditioning?
- Yes, all four apartments have air conditioning with heating in every room, so they stay comfortable all year.
- Are there quiet hours?
- Yes, as a house rule we ask guests to keep noise down between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbours. Portuguese noise law also protects residents, with stricter rules at night (23:00 to 07:00).
- Is smoking allowed?
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke on balconies or terraces, but please use the ashtrays provided.
- Can I bring pets?
- Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our properties. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all guests.
- How far is the beach?
- All four apartments are very close to the beach. Penthouse 1 and Penthouse 2 (Edifício Marany) are seconds from the sand, Beachfront Apartment 4F is about 2 minutes on foot (140 m), and Beach Apartment 7G is just over 200 metres away.
- Are there restaurants and shops nearby?
- Yes! Armação de Pêra has excellent restaurants along the promenade, local cafés, supermarkets (including Lidl), and convenience stores all within walking distance.
- How can I contact the host?

- What if I have an emergency?
- For emergencies, call us immediately at +351 961 405 002. For medical emergencies, dial 112 (European emergency number). We also have a local contact who can assist if needed.
